I'M READY FOR THIS!

5 days. 5 lessons. 5 ways to begin living healthier.

Preparation

As much as you want to dive in and get started, a challenge that involves a change in behavior requires some mental and logistical preparation. This lesson covers you in that area.

Education

Educating yourself can be a powerful motivator. This lesson provides you with simple guidance that packs a punch. This information will allow you to make hard and fast decisions about what belongs in your pantry and what does not.

The Initial Purge

The initial purge rests on the idea that when decluttering you must remove 50% and then you have to do it again. I encourage you to take time to observe and take in your current pantry. Do an initial once over and then move onto the next step.

The 2nd Purge

Once you have completed your initial purge, it is time to do it all over again. Yup. I know. You might think I am nuts but trust me on this one.

The Restock

Now your pantry should appear fairly empty. That is good. It should - if you've been disciplined! Now the fun part. I supply you with a list of foods to restock your pantry.
